Refund Policy

  1. Source-Available Packages

    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for source-available packages under any circumstances.

  2. Escrow Packages

    Refunds are only available if a verified technical issue originates from our side and cannot be resolved despite reasonable efforts. Customers may be required to provide sufficient evidence, such as error logs, videos, images or reproduction steps to support their request.

  3. Delivery of Digital Products

    All purchases are digital goods. Delivery is considered complete once the package has been successfully provided via Tebex and/or the CFX Portal. We maintain delivery logs and transaction records as proof of fulfillment.

  4. Product Descriptions

    We aim to provide accurate and detailed descriptions for all products so you understand exactly what you are purchasing before checkout. Please review all details carefully prior to completing your order.

  5. Refund Requests

    Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days (1 week) of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.

  6. Chargebacks and Disputes

    By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team. Unauthorized disputes may result in restrictions across Tebex-powered stores.

  7. Compatibility

    We aim to ensure our products work across common frameworks and setups, and we can also assist with integration into custom or unsupported systems where possible. However, due to differences in environments and third-party dependencies, we cannot guarantee flawless or identical functionality in every case.

  8. Support Scope

    Support covers the original product in its unmodified state, including installation and core functionality. Issues arising from edits or third-party integrations may fall outside standard support.
