  1. License & Usage

    All products are licensed, not sold. Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products within their own servers or personal development environments. Clothing assets are strictly for personal use, including personal edits, and may not be shared, distributed, or made publicly available.

  2. Restrictions

    You may not redistribute, resell, leak, or re-upload any purchased products, whether in original or modified form. This applies to both scripts and clothing assets.

  3. Delivery

    All products are delivered digitally via the CFX Keymaster (Tebex/CFX Portal). Access is granted automatically after successful payment. Delivery is considered complete once the product has been successfully provided. We maintain delivery logs and transaction records as proof of fulfillment.

  4. Updates

    We continuously improve our scripts after release. Updates may include new features, performance improvements, bug fixes, and community-requested enhancements. All updates for purchased products are provided free of charge and can be re-downloaded at any time through your CFX Keymaster account.

  5. Support

    Support is primarily provided in English. While we may attempt to assist in other languages, full support is only guaranteed in English to ensure clarity and consistency.

  6. Termination

    We reserve the right to revoke access to products if these Terms are violated.

  7. Changes to Terms

    These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before purchasing.

  8. Agreement

    By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to both our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
